This would include developing new management and organisation theory, significantly challenge or clarify existing theory, synthesise recent advances and ideas into fresh, if not entirely new theory, or initiate a search for new theory by identifying and delineating a novel theoretical problem. IJPR publishes novel, insightful and conceptual ideas that challenge conventional wisdom concerning all aspects of businesses and their roles in society.
