International Journal of Primary Research

The International Journal of Primary Research (IJPR) is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal, published online in open-access mode. The primary purpose is to allow authors to retain their intellectual property rights without assignment of copyright. The journal charges no subscription or pay-per-view fees to readers and no submission or publication fees to authors. It follows a rigorous editorial process to ensure quality and relevance of what it publishes along with editorial support to authors. The journal exists to develop our understanding of research as a type of practice, so as to extend and enhance that practice in multiple domains.

The International Journal of Primary Research (IJPR) publishes new theoretical insights and conceptual frameworks that advance understanding of management and businesses. This would include developing new management and organisation theory, significantly challenge or clarify existing theory, synthesise recent advances and ideas into fresh, if not entirely new theory, or initiate a search for new theory by identifying and delineating a novel theoretical problem. IJPR publishes novel, insightful and conceptual ideas that challenge conventional wisdom concerning all aspects of businesses and their roles in society.
