Obstacle faced by Females in Pursuing their Jobs in Pakistan

Abstract


This study is conducted in order to figure out the main problems faced by females while pursuing their jobs in Pakistan. A set of 100 female respondents were selected randomly via purposive sampling technique as a sample subject. All of them are graduates. This study states many factors which create hurdles for females, but the male’s attitude towards the female is the main problem creating hurdles for females in pursuing their professional career. Other findings indicates that most of the females are willing to do job related to their field of education and most of them want to join education sector as a teacher.
